For lash, brow, nail & hair pros
Your clients book themselves. You just show up.
A booking page as beautiful as your work, on a link that is yours alone. No commission, ever — however many clients you take.
No card needed Live in 10 minutes Cancel any time
An animation of the two sides of Booked In: on a phone, a client picking a treatment and a time; on a laptop beside it, the same appointment appearing in the studio's diary a moment later.
Two screens, one diary
She books in a minute. You find out after.
No more working out your availability in a DM at eleven at night. She sees only the times you are actually free, picks one, and it is in your diary before she has closed the tab.
What your client sees
A page that looks like your work, not like software
Your treatments, your prices, your photographs. Your own link to drop in your Instagram bio. Nothing on the page sells her anything else.
- Only your free times show. Set the days and areas you work and the calendar does the rest.
- Booked slots lock instantly. Two people cannot take the same appointment.
- She knows where to come — your address, the parking and which door — or you ask her where to go, if the travelling is yours.
- She gets a confirmation with the date, the treatment, where it is, and a calendar entry for her phone.

What you see
Your whole week, without opening your DMs
Every booking lands here and in your inbox. Change a price, block out a Tuesday, close a week for a holiday — it is live on your page the moment you save it.
- You are never the bottleneck. Bookings arrive while you are working on someone else.
- Edit everything yourself. Prices, hours, photos, treatments — no waiting on anyone.
- Every address is already there. Tap it in the diary and your maps app opens — no hunting back through a DM at 9:40.
- Clients stay yours. Export them whenever you like. We never contact them.

Why it is different
The page is yours. So are the clients.
No commission
Not on a first booking, not on a hundredth. You pay the same whether you take £200 a week or £2,000.
Your own link
A page at your name, not a profile inside somebody else's app. Put it in your bio and it is the only thing she sees.
Your actual work
Your photographs next to the treatment they belong to. She books the set she can see, so she arrives wanting the right thing.
No rivals on your page
Marketplaces show your client three other techs nearby. Yours shows her you, and a time she can take.
They come back on their own
Three weeks after a full set she gets one message saying she is due, with a link to a time that is actually free. One tap, one opt-out, and never a second chase.
Wherever you work
A room at home, a rented chair, or the back of the car. Say which, and your page either shows your address and the parking or asks each client for hers.
The one thing that is not a convenience
A patch test your booking page actually enforces.
Tinting and lash extensions need one 24 to 48 hours beforehand. Your insurer sets the window, and if a client reacts and you cannot produce a dated record, the cover you pay for may not answer.
What every other booking page does
Sells the appointment, and leaves the patch test to you.
- A stranger can book a full set tonight and arrive tomorrow having never been tested.
- A form you remember to send is not a record, and a signed disclaimer is not a test.
- A test done at somebody else's salon does not count, and nobody is checking.
What yours does
Refuses the booking, and says why.
- She is told on the treatment, before she picks a day. Not at the end, after she has chosen a time and typed her name.
- The patch test is a bookable appointment — and booking it is the record, so there is nothing to remember to write down.
- Every client carries a date you can see, and the list tells you who lapses this month while they are still in your diary.
- The hours and the lifetime are yours, per treatment, because insurers differ and the one that matters is the one you pay.
Booked In is not insurance and not legal advice: read your own policy wording and set these to match it. What it does is stop a booking being taken that your wording would not cover — on the free plan as well as the paid one, because a safety rule behind a paywall is not a safety rule.
Honestly compared
What the others cost you
Every one of these is a good product. None of them lets you keep the whole booking.
| Platform | Per month | Cut of a new client | Whose brand |
|---|---|---|---|
| Booked In | £10, or free | Nothing | Yours only |
| Fresha | £14.95 + VAT | 20% + VAT, first booking | Fresha marketplace |
| Booksy | £39.99 + VAT | Up to 30% if boosted | Booksy marketplace |
| Treatwell | around £40 + VAT | 30–35% + VAT | Treatwell marketplace |
Figures taken from each company's published UK pricing in October 2026 and shown excluding VAT where they publish it that way. Marketplace commission usually applies to a new client's first booking only. Check their current pricing before you decide — it changes.
Pro+, £24 a month
Four things that work on your diary while you are holding a brush.
Everything else here saves you time. These four go and get you money: the cancellation that gets filled, the client who was drifting, the six weeks you did not have to book one at a time, and the treatment you have been under-charging for since you started.
A waiting list that fills your cancellations
Somebody drops out on Thursday and everybody waiting for that treatment hears within the minute — all of them, first come first served, because holding it for one person is how a slot sits empty for a day. Nobody hears twice in a week, and a time you could not take anyway is never offered.
One filled cancellation a month at £50 is £600 a year. The tier costs £288.
Standing appointments
Book her next six visits at her usual interval in one go — the thing a salon does at the desk, and you have never had a desk. If visit four lands on something you already have, it skips that one and tells you why, instead of refusing the lot.
A regular on a six-week cycle is eight appointments a year you never had to chase.
Lapsed patch tests, chased for you
A client whose test runs out in the next month gets one email with a link, automatically. She cannot book that treatment until she has been in — so without this she tries, is refused by your own page, and books it somewhere that never asked.
One email, never a second. Anybody who has opted out, or is already in your diary, is left alone.
What an hour of your time is actually worth
£40 for ninety minutes is £26.67 an hour. £35 for an hour is £35. You priced by feel, like everybody does, and the quiet treatment at the bottom of your list is often the best-paid hour of your week.
Worked out from what you have actually done in the last six months, not from your price list.
Deposits, rebooking and reminders are Pro, at £10, and they stay there. Pro+ is for when the diary is full enough that a gap in it costs you more than the difference.
Pricing
Ten pounds. That is the whole idea.
No commission at any price, and no cut of your deposits either. Booksy is up to £40 a month and takes 30% of a new client’s first booking; Treatwell takes about 35%. Even the top tier here is the cheap option.
Pro+
Or £230 a year, which is a fifth off.
Fills the gaps, locks in the regulars, and keeps the paperwork straight.
